Dental Assistant I - College of Dentistry

The University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry (UIC COD) is seeking full-time, Dental Assistants I to join a worldwide leader in oral health education, clinical care and research that is patient –centered and evidence-based. The College of Dentistry is the largest oral health college in the State of Illinois, provides care for 35,000 patients a year, and has over 500 students seeking dental degrees including DMD, PhD and Master’s programs and it is the only research-oriented dental school in Illinois. The Dental Assistant I duties include but are not limited to, preparing areas for dental procedures which includes stocking, wiping down dental units, maintaining inventory lists, sterilization, and reporting malfunctioning equipment.
