Basic Employee Responsibilities

Every Q2 Artificial Lift Services employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Leading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures.
Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment.
Being responsible – on time for work and taking breaks during designated times.
Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request assistance as needed.

Position Specific Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver tubing anchors and well-site equipment.
Load and unload company and third-party trucks.
Receive and stock incoming inventory.
Perform manual material handling and lifting as required.
Operate a forklift in accordance with established procedures.
Provide spotter and helper support for trucking companies.
Complete general administrative duties, including stock orders, computer work, and answering phones.
Perform general shop duties, including housekeeping and cleaning of shop and office areas.
Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and remove garbage as required.

Required Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Minimum one year of delivery experience.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
Walk and sit for extended periods.
Frequently bend and reach.
Drive for extended periods as required.
Work in varied weather conditions.
