We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our Bethalto, United States location (147 E Bethalto). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with care.

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to customer locations
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation and mileage logs
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery issues promptly
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality service standards

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and documentation abilities
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing delivery schedules
• Familiarity with local Bethalto area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
