Delivery Driver(02955) - 341 W St Louis Ave

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our East Alton location (341 W St Louis Ave). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within East Alton and surrounding areas
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe operations
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issues
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant deliveries
• Build positive relationships with customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with local East Alton area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles (preferred)
• Proficiency with mobile devices and GPS navigation systems (preferred)
