We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s Locate Tracker and support its day-to-day administration. The role focuses on data entry, SharePoint list maintenance, user access administration, reporting, and routine user support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with SharePoint and Excel, and able to follow established procedures while identifying and resolving data issues.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30pm - 2:30am (IST), Daily On-Site.
Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.
  • Enter and maintain locate ticket information, including project details, vendors, ticket numbers, dates, statuses, footage, and comments.
  • Review tracker records for accuracy, completeness, duplicates, and outdated information, and coordinate with relevant team members to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain user access records and process approved additions, changes, and removals within assigned permissions.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint views, dropdown options, and basic list settings using established procedures.
  • Create new SharePoint lists from approved templates as tracker requirements expand.
  • Use tracker reports and Excel to prepare updates, reminders, missing-information requests, and status summaries.
  • Verify tracker information against designated external websites when required.
  • Support new-user onboarding and training on tracker access, data entry, record updates, and available views.
  • Respond to routine user questions, maintain basic user instructions, and escalate technical issues or system-change requests as appropriate.

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint lists, including creating, entering, editing, and maintaining records and using SharePoint views.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, tables, sorting, and filtering.
  • General computer proficiency with email, file management, and web-based tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, manage recurring tasks, and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
  • Ability to handle company and user information appropriately.
