The Data Analyst Lead turns data into clear, actionable answers for the business — building the well-modeled data marts that power our reporting, then communicating the resulting insights directly to internal teams and customers. This role owns analytics initiatives end to end, from scoping and data modeling through delivery and communication of results.
Working closely with our Revenue team (Sales and Client Success), customers, and partners across Finance, Product, and Marketing, the Data Analyst Lead will write advanced SQL and build dashboards and analyses that give stakeholders clear, actionable takeaways.
The ideal candidate operates independently, is comfortable moving between data modeling and stakeholder conversations, and brings sound judgment to how data gets used to answer real business problems
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week at Madhive HQ in New York City
