- Support district business officials in understanding, compiling, and reporting on health services program costs, including staffing and indirect cost data.
- Interpret program feedback and correction requests from state agencies and guide districts to the appropriate remediation.
- Stay current on state and federal requirements affecting school health services programs and translate them into clear district-facing guidance.
- Train district staff and partners on the SchoolCare platform.
- Advocate for the customer, support their success, and help drive renewals.
- Gather customer feedback to understand needs and goals and help districts achieve them.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to foster a thriving department and the overall success of SchoolCare.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA, clinical licensure, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in school district health services administration, district health program coordination, or public program compliance and reporting.

- Clinical background (RN, LPN, SLP, OT/PT, or similar) or demonstrated credibility working alongside clinical staff.
- Comfort with payroll allocation, indirect cost rates, and presenting financial information to district leadership.
- Understanding of IDEA and student privacy requirements as they interact with school health services.
- Comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
- Customer-focused, service oriented, and able to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
- Skilled at problem solving, decision making, and navigating challenging situations professionally
- Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with superintendents, business officials, special education directors and state agency staff.
