Customer Service Representative – Immediate Hiring
At EMS, we “Contact Center” differently. We support our customers and clients every step of the way and provide an excellent customer service experience.
Responsibilities
The Position:
Come be a part of an exciting and growing team! Agents will provide excellent service and assist inbound callers. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities.
Positions start at $18/hr.
Must have schedule availability for 3:00pm-Midnight (5 days/week) Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
In Office Position (Location: 120th & Maple Area)
Qualifications
You Will Need:
- Above average customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and co-workers
- Friendly and energetic attitude
- Computer knowledge and Internet skills
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/tabs
- Quick learner with ability work independently
- Ability to work both as an individual and as a team member
- 3:00pm-Midnight Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule required
- Ability to work in office (Location: 120th & Maple area)
Nice to Have:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office
- Previous call center experience preferred
