Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Drive sales by optimizing every sales opportunity such as product/styling recommendations, upselling and cross-selling while striving to exceed customer expectation and satisfaction
• Strive to achieve personal and team sales target that is set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Proactively engage with customers and attend to enquiries to create a positive shopping experience
• Retrieve, organize, and replenish stocks to ensure products are readily available
• Organize storeroom and arrangement of stocks based on inventory standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall store display/presentation in accordance to visual merchandising standards
• Operate POS/cashier accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level / NITEC
• Strong interest in the fashion retail industry and in fashion styling
• Passionate in serving customers
• Sales-driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as retrieving products from the stockroom
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
