Base salary range between $65,000 and $80,000 plus commission structure
Full-Time, Year-Round

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As the Sales Manager focusing on the corporate market, you will be responsible for driving group sales revenue through the development and sale of corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, team-building events, and incentive travel programs. You will cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
· Bringing a result-driven and proactive approach to business development, identifying new opportunities, building connections, and creatively leveraging resources to grow the database, expand exposure, and develop new relationships.
· Securing meetings, conferences, retreats, and overnight group business through full-cycle sales process, while building client relationships that drive repeat bookings.
· Taking ownership and accountability for achieving sales targets, proactively tracking performance, and holding themselves accountable for results.
· Developing lasting relationships with clients, meeting planners and third-party planners through regular, meaningful engagement.
· Preparing and presenting customized proposals, contracts, and recommendations for resort offerings that align with client objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
· Partnering with Group Services, Lodging, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of group experiences.
· Representing the resort through site tours, client visits, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
· At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate sales setting or group sales role
· Active or past involvement within industry related organizations
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
· Position will require flexibility to work a varied schedule
· Computer Proficient: i.e. daily use of Delphi, and Microsoft Office
· Thrive within a dynamic team environment with quantifiable goals
