Responsibilities:

• You analyze the requirements of our business groups and translate them into holistic real estate and site development strategies.
• You shape and optimize our global real estate portfolio, including site development, consolidation initiatives, and space optimization projects.
• From initial concept through successful implementation: You lead national and international construction projects.
• You manage real estate transactions, due diligence processes, land acquisitions, as well as exit and asset strategies.
• As a foundation for strategic decision-making, you develop robust business cases, scenario assessments, and location analyses.
• To prepare sustainable portfolio and investment decisions, you establish data-driven and AI-enabled approaches.
• You collaborate effectively with operational stakeholders, project teams, and senior management across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Real Estate Management or Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economic Geography, or comparable.
• Proven experience in project development within Corporate Real Estate Management or a similar industrial real estate environment.
• Strong strategic understanding of sites, buildings, space planning, and operational requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex challenges in a structured manner and derive actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with operational teams and executive leadership.
• Experience or interest in data analytics and the application of AI in real estate management.
• Negotiable German and fluent English skills, combined with enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
