CNA

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines, as permitted by certification and community policy.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in their physical or emotional well-being.
• Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while encouraging residents' independence and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Successful completion of all required training courses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual who enjoys working with older adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated caregiving team.

Shift:

• Part-time 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every Other Weekend Required
