In this role, you will be an integral part of our medical team, responsible for managing patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and assess patient care such as vital monitoring and medication administration.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment.
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience in patient education and health promotion.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current BLS certification.
