Clinic Coordinator - Medical Assistant

A Day in the Life

• Coordinates the daily operations of the Physician Practice / Ambulatory Practice to include front office and clinical support staff as well as other patient flow functions. Performs duties as delegated within the scope of practice and validated competencies.

What’s Required

• Associates degree preferred - In lieu of an associate’s degree, directly related experience may be accepted.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a medical assistant - preferred

• Minimum of two years of progressively increased responsibility in a clinical or health related setting required

• Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
