Client Engagement Specialist

The main responsibilities for the Client Engagement Specialist are to setup, configure and maintain client software. This includes ordering and resulting portals & CRM. The role will require a tech savvy, process driven, team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their experience of our service is industry leading.

Playing a leading role in the roll out of Eurofins Biomnis suite of IT integration tools to enhance laboratory services and products offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics to our clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing and future company customers by developing a complete understanding of the client needs and business area requirements.

Key to this role is to represent both yourself and Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics in a dignified, professional, and courteous manner to the Irish marketplace. Plus providing the Sales Operations Manager and/or Commercial Director with up-to-date metrics on all activities.

Education

• A recognised third level qualification in the biological sciences or healthcare or related discipline
  OR
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a related role

Experience

• Experience in customer facing role required

Any required licences

• Full Clean Valid Driving Licence
