- Training commences October
As a Brand Ambassador you will be expected to represent the brand, and to create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers.
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.
About the role:
- Engage customers through coffee sampling.
- Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
- Drive brand engagement.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
About you:
- You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
- Passionate about quality customer service
- This role is primarily a weekend-based role, must have weekend availability
- During the Christmas trading period, availability to work Monday – Sunday is essential.
- You excel at communication and relationship building
