Chef de Partie:-
Representing the full spectrum of modern Italian cuisine in a glamorous and vibrant setting, Rosso Restaurant & Bar is now looking for confident, creative and passionate individuals to join its kitchen.
The ideal candidate will possess: -
- Relevant background of Grill or pasta.
- A good working knowledge of modern Italian cuisine & cooking techniques.
- Relevant health & hygiene training and certification.
- A passion for seasonal, fresh Italian food.
