The ideal candidate will be able to take full responsibility for their pastry section, lead and mentor the team, and consistently maintain the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Candidates with strong knowledge of HACCP, cost control, and stock management, who remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, international team environment, are encouraged to apply.

- Calm, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible with shifts and operational needs.
