We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurses to provide exceptional care to our residents. We offer flexible scheduling with 8- and 12-hour shifts to meet your needs.
Responsibilities
Provide and oversee direct patient care, including medication administration and treatment.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any significant changes.
Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident information.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
Qualifications
Current and valid RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in geriatrics or long-term care is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
