Centre Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Centre Manager to take end-to-end ownership of centre operations, revenue, customer experience, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.

* Own centre revenue, business targets and key operational KPIs.

* Lead and manage veterinarians, groomers, PRMs and support staff.

* Handle hiring, onboarding, performance and employee engagement.

* Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations.

* Manage rosters, attendance, inventory, vendors and centre hygiene.

* Track performance metrics and drive improvements in productivity and profitability.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements:

* 3–6 years of experience in Centre/Clinic Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or similar roles.

* Strong people management, communication and problem-solving skills.

* Business and customer-centric mindset.

* Experience managing teams and revenue targets preferred.

* Pet care/veterinary/healthcare experience is an added advantage.
