Duties
Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service
Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests
Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures
Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly
Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review
Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events
Must be available to work 4:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
Skills
Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance
Excellent communication abilities for managerial decision-making and team coordination
Familarity with operations management, budgeting, and event logistics
Skilled in supervising shift operations, guest services, and operational workflows
Technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems
Demonstrated ability to make managerial decisions swiftly while maintaining a positive team atmosphere
