Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care in a home setting. If you value both clinical excellence and meaningful human connection, we’d love to hear from you.

Available shifts include:

• Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

• Saturday: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Every other week:

• Saturday: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

• Sunday: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

• $20/hour – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW)

• $32/hour – Registered Nurse (RN)

Earn a $500 bonus:

• $250 after completing the CDCP online course

• $250 after 6 months of employment

• Provide full assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Assist with transfers using a Hoyer/patient lift

• Support personal care (oral hygiene, bathing, dressing)

• Assist with toileting, including tracking intake and output

• Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and oral suctioning

• Tube feeding

• Occasional Medication Pickup from Hospital

• Prior caregiving experience preferred

• CNA, PCW, or RN credentials required (for applicable pay rates)

• Must pass a background check

• Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required

• Hoyer (patient) lift

• Ventilator (trach training required)

• Cough assist device

• Suction machine

• Blood pressure cuff

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible caregivers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Individuals who bring both technical skill and genuine compassion to their work
