Card Inspector (Quality Assurance)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Card Inspector to help maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of gaming cards used in our studio operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting card boxes, identifying defects, verifying card counts, and ensuring all cards meet established quality standards before being placed into use. You will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, preparing card boxes for card change procedures, and following established protocols for card replacement and termination when necessary.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks with accuracy and consistency. Successful Card Inspectors are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards. Basic computer skills, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Inspect a set number of card boxes each day, accurately and thoroughly
- Identify errors or defects in cards and follow the correct procedure to replace or remove them
- Count and inspect cards when required
- Oversee overall card quality
- Prepare card boxes for card change procedures
- Keep accurate, detailed records
- Perform card termination procedure as needed/per manager’s request
- Basic level of computer skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Attentiveness to details and record keeping
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks
