Position Summary
The Busser supports impeccable table maintenance and service flow, contributing to a luxurious and welcoming ambiance. This role enhances every detail that distinguishes a fine-dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed
- Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times
- Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests
- Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards
- Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service
Qualifications
- Experience in upscale dining environment a plus
- Graceful, professional movement in the dining room
- Commitment to cleanliness and proactive support
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.)
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
