Business Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a Business Manager to help drive operational excellence and support strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, analyze performance, and ensure the business is set up for sustainable growth.
What you’ll do
Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Improve internal processes and ways of working
Coordinate initiatives across teams to ensure alignment and execution
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Identify risks and opportunities and help turn strategy into action
What you bring
Experience in business management, operations, consulting, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly
A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
Nice to have
