Are you detail-oriented with a passion for residential property maintenance? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our CoMo rents team. This position offers hands-on experience in maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals. We are looking for an energetic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general electrical knowledge needed.
HVAC-EPA certification and knowledge of safety procedures is a must.
Responsibilities
Regular maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals.
Responsible for the daily upkeep and appearance of rental properties, both inside and out.
Interact with tenants on service requests and resident improvements.
