As a Branch Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will help ensure seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration between sales, service, and operations teams.

✅ Support daily branch operations and administrative activities

✅ Process customer orders, quotations, and service-related documentation

✅ Coordinate activities between sales, service, warehouse, and operations teams

✅ Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and operational records

✅ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service

✅ Assist with inventory management and product availability tracking

✅ Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

✅ Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
