Bartender - Team Bar

As a Bartender at our staff bar, you are integral to creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service to resort staff. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining stock levels, ensuring bar cleanliness and organization, and ensuring smooth bar operations. You will greet and serve staff members with warmth and professionalism, handle transactions accurately, and uphold responsible alcohol service practices. Your contribution to a positive work environment and adherence to resort standards of cleanliness and guest service excellence are essential.

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel, resort, or similar environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with staff members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of beverage preparation and service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
