DUSK is looking for an experienced bartender who knows their way around a cocktail, loves a busy bar, and understands that great hospitality is about more than what's in the glass.
We're a cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara serving thoughtfully made drinks, wine, beer, and food in a laid-back, design-forward space. We're looking for someone who can bring personality to the bar, connect with guests, and still crush service when the room gets busy.
What we're looking for:
- Solid craft cocktail and spirits knowledge
- Previous bartending + food service experience
- Fast, organized, clean, and dependable
- Comfortable talking to strangers and building regulars
- A team player who runs food, clears glasses, stocks, cleans, and jumps in wherever needed
- Someone who can have fun at work without losing sight of the work
- RBS + Food Handler certifications
We're serious about hospitality, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
