Barista/Server (Monday to Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm)

Essential Functions:
- Greets customers entering restaurant.
- Provides customers with drink menus and answers questions regarding menu and ingredients.
- Takes orders and is mindful of details and requests (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
- Prepares beverages according to established recipes.
- Serves beverages and prepared food.
- Receives and process payments.
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Relevant barista training and experience, a plus.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- California Food Handler’s certificate required.
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate required.
Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr
