Duties

• Perform various barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to meet client specifications.

• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide expert advice on styles and products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

• Stay updated on current trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques to offer clients the latest styles.

• Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

• Strong barbering skills with experience in various cutting techniques, hair styling, and grooming practices.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
