AVP, Senior Product Manager - Agentic Workflows

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AVP, Senior Product Manager - Agentic Workflows based in United States.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical workflow solutions with measurable business impact.
You will work directly with business teams to identify operational challenges, uncover automation opportunities, and shape high-value AI products.
The role combines strategic product management with hands-on prototyping using modern AI technologies and development platforms.
You will guide solutions from discovery and experimentation through production deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Close collaboration with engineering, security, legal, procurement, and other teams will be essential to building scalable and governed solutions.
You will also help establish reusable AI capabilities, development practices, and evaluation standards across the organization.

• Partner directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify operational challenges, and uncover opportunities for AI-enabled automation.

• Regularly engage with users at offices and field locations to observe processes, gather insights, and validate product opportunities.

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI workflow initiatives.

• Design, build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflow prototypes using modern AI tools, development platforms, and techniques.

• Present prototypes and proposed solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and continuously refine workflows based on user needs and business outcomes.

• Lead products through the lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation, production deployment, adoption, and optimization.

• Collaborate with engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, information security, legal, procurement, and other teams to transition successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.

• Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators covering adoption, operational efficiency, quality improvements, and overall business impact.

• Maintain comprehensive workflow documentation, evaluation records, and audit artifacts to support governance and scalable AI development.

• Communicate priorities, project progress, risks, outcomes, and business value to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Identify reusable solutions and opportunities to strengthen AI product capabilities across business functions.

• Contribute to improved product development practices and share knowledge, lessons learned, and effective approaches across teams.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong execution, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• 8+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions into production.

• Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, implementation, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience collaborating with software engineering teams and translating business requirements into practical technical requirements.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.

• Hands-on ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern AI development tools and platforms.

• Strong product management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills across business and technology teams.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of quality and documentation.

• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage finance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with developer tools and technologies such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, and Markdown is preferred.

• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

• Professional, respectful, thoughtful, and collaborative approach when working with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to offices and field locations within the United States.
