Associate Principal Engineer, Java Full Stack Engineer, AI
REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 9+ years
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs
• Strong experience in Full Stack Engineering with modern frontend technologies such as React/Angular
• Strong experience in System Design, Solution Architecture and enterprise application development
• Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native applications
• Experience with event-driven architecture, databases, APIs and distributed systems
• Practical Python experience for cloud agents and enterprise integrations
• Experience with LLM, RAG workflows, AI application frameworks and AI-enabled SDLC
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, observability and compliance
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and deployment automation
• Financial Services or other regulated industry experience is preferred
• Strong technical communication and experience working with global teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement scalable enterprise Full Stack applications across frontend, backend, integration and data layers.
• Work as a 100% hands-on engineer, contributing directly to coding and technical implementation.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot microservices, enterprise APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Design modern, secure and high-performance frontend applications and reusable UI components.
• Lead system design, architecture, system decomposition and integration decisions.
• Design and implement solutions using AWS and cloud-native engineering practices.
• Implement resilience, security, scalability, observability and reliability patterns.
• Apply LLM, RAG and AI-agent capabilities to SDLC and enterprise use cases.
• Build Python-based agents and enterprise integrations where required.
• Drive CI/CD, deployment automation, quality and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with global engineering, product and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
