Assistant Manager - Visual Design & Multimedia Editing

• Design communication assets: brochures, one-pagers, reports, presentations, posters, banners, social

media and web graphics for programs, campaigns, training, and outreach.

• Build and maintain brand-consistent templates for recurring assets; uphold Bala Vikasa’s visual identity

across all output.

• Edit program documentation, training recordings, interviews, testimonials, podcasts, and event highlights

into engaging video narratives.

• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and overlays; edit livestreams, studio sessions,

and promotional / campaign videos.

• Receive and edit raw footage from the field photo/video consultant; manage, label, and archive project files

in the studio asset system.

• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications and Digital teams to adapt narratives into visual and video

formats for online campaigns.
