Assistant IT Manager

•Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments.

•Manage and support all hotel systems, including in-house guest IT troubleshooting

•Liaise with vendors and maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licences

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a similar capacity

•Proficiency in English language, MS Office suite, and Windows Operating System

•Excellent organizational, follow-through and communication skills
