What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading teams through supervisors and front-line leaders.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, transportation, and customer service execution.
- Experience driving operational performance through KPIs, management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop people, build capability, and lead organizational change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in food, pet food, consumer packaged goods, or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience implementing operational controls, standard work, and inventory governance processes preferred.
What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?
Safety, Quality & Associate Engagement
- Champion a culture where associate safety, food safety, quality, and compliance are the highest priorities.
- Develop a high-performing team environment built on accountability, engagement, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and talent development activities.
- Build leadership capability across supervisors, leads, and associates through structured development and succession planning.
Distribution & Fulfillment Operations
- Lead daily operations across Inventory, Placing, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Warehouse functions.
- Ensure customer orders are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Optimize labor, equipment, storage capacity, and operational resources to meet business requirements.
- Maintain operational discipline through standard work, tiered accountability, visual management, and daily operating routines.
Inventory Governance & Operational Controls
- Own inventory accuracy, inventory integrity, and warehouse process governance across the operation.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and control processes for inventory management.
- Lead cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation activities, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Improve warehouse organization, material flow, storage utilization, traceability, and inventory health.
- Drive improvements in shrink, waste, inventory accuracy, and data integrity.
- Support implementation and governance of Positive Hold & Release (PH&R) processes and inventory control systems.
Customer Service & Delivery Excellence
- Serve as the operational link between Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Planning, Transportation, and Distribution Operations.
- Ensure customer commitments are achieved through effective inventory management and order fulfillment execution.
- Lead resolution of service disruptions, inventory constraints, and order execution challenges.
- Foster a customer-focused culture while balancing service, quality, and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Capability Building
- Partner with Supply Excellence, IE, Technical, and Site Leadership teams to strengthen operational maturity.
- Implement and sustain management systems that create stability, accountability, process discipline, and operating system maturity across the RNH organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, service, inventory performance, and cost management.
- Advance progress in standardization, training systems, and operational controls.
- Develop scalable processes and organizational capabilities that support Nom Nom's future-state operating model.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience, Quality, Transportation, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Support business growth, network initiatives, process improvements, and strategic operational priorities.
- Lead through operational challenges while maintaining focus on safety, service, quality, and associate engagement.

Strengthen Inventory Governance & Control
- Improve inventory accuracy, accountability, and material traceability.
- Build sustainable inventory management processes and warehouse controls.
- Reduce NQC, waste, inventory discrepancies, and service risk.
- Strengthen PH&R execution and inventory governance.
Improve Operational Stability
- Establish a consistent operating rhythm across Inventory, Placing, Fulfillment, and Shipping.
- Implement standard work processes, escalation routines, and performance management systems.
- Improve labor utilization, productivity, and execution consistency.
Build Capability & Ownership
- Strengthen supervisor and front-line leadership capability.
- Build training systems, onboarding processes, and succession plans.
- Help build a unified factory-warehouse operating model with common standards, clear accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Support deployment of future-state organizational, operational, and inventory management capabilities required for long-term success.
