Job requirements

• Define and drive the architecture for AI-first products, ensuring scalability from MVP through production environments
• Design Agentic AI architectures with autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, tools, workflows, memory, planning, reasoning, and orchestration
• Determine optimal use of LLM-based agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), deterministic workflows, APIs/services, and machine learning models for product features
• Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices using MERN stack, integrating NodeJS, React JS, and NestJS
• Develop and optimize event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment
• Establish automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and continuous integration
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, integrating MongoDB as needed
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices in coding standards, and mentor engineering teams in advanced JavaScript/Typescript and testing frameworks such as Jest

• Experience architecting AI-first and Agentic AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of AI orchestration patterns
• Expertise in planning and reasoning workflows for AI agents
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Experience integrating traditional APIs and ML models into microservices
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
