Apartment Maintenance Worker

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Worker to help maintain and improve our apartment community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs. HVAC experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and complete turnover repairs as needed.
• Inspect buildings, common areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Work closely with management to maintain the community’s quality and maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs.
• HVAC experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform basic repairs independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.
• Must be able to perform physical duties associated with apartment maintenance.
