Administrative Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Legal department on client and vendor contracts as well as immigration documents. This position creates, analyzes, and reviews contractual agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to company verbiage, rules, and regulations. Prepares immigration documents and correspondence, and researches law, investigates facts, and prepares documents to assist the department. |

Education Required:
Associate’s Degree, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, Business, English or related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. |
Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant or related legal profession in a corporate setting. |
