Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience providing support in the delivery of operational and administrative services to CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED)-governed councils, advisory entities, committees, workgroups, and stakeholder engagement frameworks in accordance with the FACA, DHS Directive 093-01, General Records Schedule 6.2, and other applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
- Capable of planning and supporting unclassified meetings (approximately 500 meetings per year)—including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and notetaking.
- Ability to provide logistical support for meetings, including venue research, registration management, on-site support, attendance tracking, and coordination with government officials.
- Proactively maintain and update membership lists, rosters, distribution lists, participation records, and associated documentation.
- Demonstrated track record of managing designated mailboxes, acknowledging email inquiries within one hour during core business hours, and maintaining inquiry logs and documentation.
- Hands-on experience maintaining logs and inventories supporting records tracking and retrieval for all council and advisory body documentation.
- Proven experience with coordinating and scheduling council, advisory, and stakeholder engagements, utilizing project management tools (minimally Microsoft Office Suite products) and methodologies to optimize logistics and resource allocation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $79,000

The final compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
