- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry while supporting monthly closing processes.
- Oversee compliance with AADE myDATA e-books and manage electronic bookkeeping submissions.
- Support internal and external financial and tax audits with accurate documentation and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with statutory and tax requirements.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and continuous process improvements within the finance team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a multinational company or accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and local tax legislation.
- Hands-on experience with AADE myDATA platform and electronic bookkeeping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
