Account Manager Dealer Sales
As Account Manager Dealer Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across your assigned territory. You will manage and expand relationships with distributors, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the successful introduction of Topcon solutions in the market.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop strategic account plans, monitor market developments, and ensure a strong market presence throughout Europe. As a visible ambassador of Topcon, you will regularly travel within the region to meet customers and represent the company at industry events, congresses, and trade shows.
You are an experienced sales professional with a successful track record in B2B sales, account management or business development in an international environment. Experience within the medical device, healthcare, ophthalmology or optical industry is preferred, while knowledge of the optical market is a strong asset.
You combine excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset and the ability to build long-term partnerships. Fluency in English and a willingness to travel frequently across Europe are essential. Additional European language skills are considered a strong advantage.
